  1. Needed 2 cups : rice (pre-soaked).

  2. Needed 1 cup : shrimp (peeled and deveined).

  3. Prepare 1 bowl : whole garam masala (2 cinnamon stick, 3-4 cardamoms, 2-3 cloves).

  7. Needed 1 cup : broccoli (finely chopped).

  8. Needed 1 cup : green beans (finely chopped).

  9. Needed 1 cup : cabbage (diced).

  10. Prepare 2-3 : small colored peppers (diced).

  11. Prepare 1 cup : sweet green peas (boiled).

  12. Prepare 3-4 tbsp : dark soy sauce.

  13. Prepare 2-3 tbsp : green chili sauce.

  14. Prepare 2 : eggs (scrambled).

  15. Needed 2-3 tbsp : crushed peppercorns.

  1. Mix some salt and peppercorns and rub along the shrimp well. Put some oil in a pan and lightly saute the shrimp..

  3. Put all the veggies together in pan and and lightly saute them. Add the garam masala and bay leaf and soy-sauce and continue stirring in between. Cover and cook till veggies are tender.
