Ingredients for Spinach and Cream Cheese Pinwheels

  1. Needed : Flour tortillas (burrito size).

  2. Prepare : Whipped Chive cream cheese (soft spread).

  3. Needed : Sprinkle black pepper.

  4. Needed : Sprinkle garlic powder.

  5. Prepare : Shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Needed : roasted red peppers, cut into slices.

  7. Prepare : fresh baby spinach.

Step by Step Cooking Spinach and Cream Cheese Pinwheels

  1. Lay 1 flour tortilla on a flat surface……..

  1. Spread about 2 tablespoons of your chive cream cheese on top of tortilla………

  2. Sprinkle over cream cheese your black pepper, garlic powder and some shredded cheddar cheese………..

  3. Place a few strips of your sliced roasted red peppers on top……

  4. Place a handful of your fresh baby spinach on top……..

  5. Tightly roll up tortilla and place to the side……….

  6. Continue process until cream cheese is used up……I made 4 big rolls…….

  7. Wrap rolls and place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight, slice into pinwheels, serve and enjoy 😉!.
