Needed 1 cup : besan flour (chickpea flour).
Prepare 2/3 cups : water.

Prepare 1/2 tsp : salt.
Needed 1/2 tsp : pepper.

Stages Cooking Besan Rotis (Chickpea Pancakes)
Mix flour with water.
Add spices and veggies and mix until batter thickens. Should be pancake consistency.
Pour half a cup onto pan and flip after a few mins. Flip again until cooked through.
