Ingredients all Spinach and Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Needed : Flour tortillas (burrito size).
Prepare : Whipped Chive cream cheese (soft spread).
Needed : Sprinkle black pepper.
Prepare : Sprinkle garlic powder.
Needed : Shredded cheddar cheese.
Prepare : roasted red peppers, cut into slices.
Needed : fresh baby spinach.
Process Cooking Spinach and Cream Cheese Pinwheels
- Lay 1 flour tortilla on a flat surface……..
Spread about 2 tablespoons of your chive cream cheese on top of tortilla………
Sprinkle over cream cheese your black pepper, garlic powder and some shredded cheddar cheese………..
Place a few strips of your sliced roasted red peppers on top……
Place a handful of your fresh baby spinach on top……..
Tightly roll up tortilla and place to the side……….
Continue process until cream cheese is used up……I made 4 big rolls…….
Wrap rolls and place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight, slice into pinwheels, serve and enjoy 😉!.
